Seit 2019 hat Open Philanthropy die Arbeit des Dezernat Zukunft e.V. mit über 300.000 US-$ gefördert. Wir freuen uns nun bekanntgeben zu können, dass wir gemeinsam den nächsten großen Schritt gehen: Open Philanthropy wird unsere Arbeit in den nächsten zwei Jahren mit 4 Mio. US-$ unterstützen.

Diese Förderung ermöglicht es uns, unsere eigenen Aktivitäten auszubauen, sowie im Rahmen des neuen „European Macro Policy Networks“ weitere Organisationen in der EU zu fördern, die – wie das Dezernat – zu makroökonomischen Themen arbeiten. „Dieses Förderprogramm erlaubt uns, Partner mit angrenzender Expertise zu stärken, sodass wir den Komplexitäten makroökonomischer und finanzpolitischer Themen besser gerecht werden können.“ so Philippa Sigl-Glöckner, Direktorin und Geschäftsführerin des Dezernat Zukunft e.V. Das Open Philanthropy Project identifiziert Fördermöglichkeiten, bei denen Spenden maximale Wirkungskraft entfalten, vergibt Zuschüsse, verfolgt deren Ergebnisse und veröffentlicht diese anschließend. Seine Mission ist es, so effektiv zu spenden wie möglich und die Ergebnisse offen zu teilen, damit jeder darauf aufbauen kann. Continuing our partnership with Open Philanthropy

Since 2019, Open Philanthropy has supported the work of Dezernat Zukunft e.V. with over $ 300,000. We are now excited to announce that together we are taking the next big step: Open Philanthropy will support our work with $ 4,000,000 over the next two years.

This funding will allow us to expand our own activities, as well as to support other organisations in the EU working on macroeconomic issues – like the Dezernat – as part of the new “European Macro Policy Network”. “This programme allows us to strengthen partners with related expertise so that we can better address the complexities of macroeconomic and fiscal policy issues,” said Philippa Sigl-Glöckner, Director and CEO of Dezernat Zukunft e.V.
