Felix Heilmann

Felix Heilmann is a Policy Analyst in Dezernat Zukunft’s climate team. He works on the political and fiscal requirements for and implications of the transition to a climate neutral economy as well as on the federal budget in general. He previously worked for Agora Energiewende and the European think tank E3G. Felix studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University and International Relations in Berlin, Potsdam and Tel Aviv.
