DSAs are set to take a key role in the reformed Stability and Growth Pact, shaping national fiscal policies in Europe for years to come.\n\n\n\nMartín Guzmán is one of the very few people who has both, worked with DSAs in high stakes political negotiations as well as through his engagement as an academic economist.\n\n\n\nHence, we are very much looking forward to hear his take on the theory and the practice of DSAs as well as their uses and limitations as a tool for fiscal policy.\n\n\n\nPlease note that the webinar will be conducted in English, but questions may also be submitted in German. We’ll kick off the session with some opening remarks from Martín Guzmán, followed by a moderated Q&A session.\n\n\n\nWe kindly ask you to register in advance via Zoom.\n
